Pass 1: Automated DOM scan
- Crawls up to 30 public pages and their assets
- Checks contrast, labels, headings, and keyboard focus
- Flags cookie banner and privacy policy gaps
- Screens against WCAG 2.2 AA and privacy rule sets
Two-pass audits catch real accessibility and privacy violations, then a person confirms each one. Fewer false positives, stronger legal footing.
A reviewer confirms or dismisses every automated hit before it reaches your report.
We never sell, rent, or share website data with advertisers or data brokers.
Your first two-pass report lands within two business days of booking.
Automation finds candidates. A person decides what belongs in your report. That second pass is why our findings hold up when someone pushes back.
Example verification log
Ten minutes of crawling, three families of tests. Pass 2 then confirms each hit in a real browser before it reaches your report.
“We had four automated scans and four different answers. Orange’s report was the first one our counsel read end to end.”
Four steps, no account required until you book. The free scan and the full report use the same two-pass engine.
Enter your domain above. Pass 1 crawls up to 30 public pages in about ten minutes and queues findings for review.
Pick a plan and pick a slot. We confirm by email within one business day and scope the audit with you on the call.
The automated scan reruns on the agreed page set, then a human reviewer replays every finding and dismisses the noise in writing.
A PDF lands within two business days: every confirmed finding, the criterion it touches, and the order to fix them.

A free tool gives you a list. Deciding what is real, what matters first, and what to show your counsel is the rest of the work. That rest is what we sell.
| Aspect | Automated tool only | Orange two-pass |
|---|---|---|
| Findings | Every hit, real or not | Confirmed hits, dismissals written down |
| Severity | Scanner defaults | Set by real user impact |
| Output | Long PDF or a dashboard | Ranked fix list with screenshots |
| After the report | You re-test yourself | One free re-scan within 14 days |
| Standing | A snapshot nobody verified | A dated record a reviewer stands behind |
The short version of what we do, what it costs, and what it is not.
The Single Site Audit is always free: one site, up to 30 pages, full two-pass report. Monthly Monitoring is $89 per month per site, and Agency Bulk is $590 per month for 10 sites.
Pass 1 is an automated scan of your public pages for contrast, labels, headings, keyboard focus, and cookie banner gaps against WCAG 2.2 AA and privacy rule sets. Pass 2 is a human reviewer who replays each finding, dismisses false positives in writing, and ships a PDF with a ranked fix list.
Your first two-pass report lands within two business days of booking, usually 48 hours. Monthly Monitoring plans get priority turnaround.
No. Orange delivers automated compliance reports checked by our staff, not legal counsel. A clean report is not a guarantee of compliance, so review findings with your own advisors.
Many contracts, RFPs, and public-sector rules reference WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Even where the law does not name it directly, courts and platforms often do. An audit tells you where you stand today against that standard.
Those tools run Pass 1 for free and do it well. The gap is Pass 2: a person replays each hit, writes why it is real or why it is noise, and orders the fixes by user impact. You get a report your team can act on without re-checking every line.
No, and be careful of anyone who promises that. What a human-verified report gives you is a dated record of what you knew and what you fixed, which is stronger footing than an untested site.
A PDF with every confirmed finding, a screenshot, the WCAG criterion or privacy rule it touches, and a ranked fix list. The Single Site Audit also includes one free re-scan within 14 days.
The ADA is the US civil rights law that requires equal access, but it does not describe what an accessible website looks like. WCAG is the technical standard that defines it. Courts and settlements use WCAG Level AA as the working benchmark. Read our ADA guide or the WCAG 2.2 AA checklist.
We confirm a 20-minute slot by email within one business day, walk through your site and goals on the call, and start the two-pass audit once you pick a plan. Your first report lands within two business days of booking.
Two free guides explain what auditors actually measure. Read them first, then decide whether you need us.
The four principles, what changed in version 2.2, the failures we see most on real sites, and how conformance is measured page by page.
Read the WCAG guideWhat Title III means for your site, why WCAG became the working standard, what demand letters mention first, and what an audit cannot do.
Read the ADA guideThe full checklist our scanner runs: structure, interaction and focus, contrast, touch targets, cookie banner gaps, and privacy policy signals.
See the checklistThree kinds of buyers book the most audits. The process is the same for each.
Enterprise buyers, security questionnaires, and investors ask for an accessibility statement or a VPAT. An audit gives you the facts before the ask, not after the deal stalls.
Run audits for retainer clients without building a reviewer bench. Agency Bulk adds white-label PDFs and a dedicated reviewer. See Agency Bulk.
Checkout friction hits revenue the same way a lawsuit hits legal. Find broken labels, contrast failures, and keyboard traps on the pages that take money.
No account needed. See what Pass 1 finds on your own site, then book the full two-pass report for free.
We will email you within one business day to confirm a time. You can close this window.

Orange Compliance Ltd. (“Orange,” “we”) runs automated and human-verified audits of public websites. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.
We scan only publicly accessible pages and the assets needed to render them: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and HTTP response headers. We also record the presence or absence of a cookie banner, a published privacy policy, and common consent signals.
We do not log in to your site, use credentials, or attempt to reach authenticated areas. If a page blocks automated access, we respect that block and report it as a crawl limitation.
Under the GDPR, our lawful basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the audit service. Under the CCPA, we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by the statute.
We use a small set of subprocessors: a cloud infrastructure provider that hosts the scanner and report storage, a payment processor for billing, and a transactional email provider for report delivery and alerts. Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement and may use your data only to deliver its service to us.
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, request deletion, or ask for a portable copy. Residents of the EU, UK, and other regions with equivalent laws may also object to processing and withdraw consent where consent was the basis.
Send requests to syedalisaleem14@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
We use encryption, role-based access control, audit logging, and regular review of subprocessor access. No system is perfectly secure, so if we learn of an incident that affects your data, we will notify you without undue delay.
Orange is a business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will also be emailed to active clients.

By submitting a domain for scanning, purchasing an audit, or using any Orange service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Orange for a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.
Orange provides automated website scans and human-verified compliance reports covering web accessibility and common website privacy practices. Deliverables, page limits, and turnaround times depend on the plan you purchase.
Orange provides automated web compliance reporting and accessibility reviews, not formal legal counsel or representation. Every deliverable is an automated report, checked by our staff before it reaches you; you receive the report and nothing beyond it. No report, scan, alert, or conversation with our team creates an attorney-client relationship, and nothing we provide is legal advice. Compliance obligations vary by jurisdiction and by the facts of your business. For legal advice, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
Reports describe what our scanner detected and what a reviewer confirmed at the time of the audit. Websites change, laws change, and automated tools have limits. A clean report is not a guarantee of compliance, and a finding is not a determination that you have violated any law. We do not guarantee that any claim, demand, or lawsuit relating to your website will be avoided or defeated.
You may not use Orange to scan sites you do not own or have permission to audit, to probe infrastructure for attacks, or to resell reports except under the Agency Bulk plan. We may suspend a scan that appears to violate these terms.
You keep all rights in your website content. You receive a perpetual license to use, copy, and share the reports delivered for your sites. Orange keeps rights in its scanner, methodology, and website. We may use anonymized, aggregated findings to improve our rule sets; we will not identify your company in that work without your written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orange’s total liability for any claim arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid to Orange in the 12 months before the claim. Orange is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including legal costs incurred in connection with claims about your website.
You agree to indemnify Orange against claims arising from your website content, your use of the reports, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.
You may stop using Orange at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if payment fails, or if continuing the service would create legal risk for us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
